- 400 homes
We haven’t confirmed what each label means in the game, so we don’t guess here.
Other cities
The developer announced on X on 6 Oct 2026 that Abuja and Port Harcourt are now live, as reported by Vanguard.Vanguard, 7 Oct The terms say places in the game may be changed, renamed or fictionalised, and appearing in the game doesn’t mean a real place or company approved it.Terms §4
Is Lagos Life money real?
No. The naira (₦) you earn in the game is “Game Naira”, a made-up game unit. You can’t withdraw it to a bank account, and Lagos Life won’t exchange it for real naira or any other currency. It has no exchange rate and it isn’t Nigerian legal tender or eNaira.Terms §5
Can I sell my Game Naira?
Not for real money. The terms forbid selling Game Naira for cash, running exchanges, or brokering it. Sending it to another player inside the game is allowed where the game lets you, but it stays game money. If someone offers to buy or sell Lagos Life money for cash, that breaks the rules.Terms §5
Can I buy Game Naira?
Yes, optionally, from Lagos Life itself. Buying gives you game units in your account, not real money or an investment. Payments currently go through Flutterwave. Payments before 6 Oct 2026 went through Bachs.Terms §6
Can I get a refund?
Usually only if you were charged but the purchase didn’t arrive in your account, and that can be checked against payment and game records. Once Game Naira or an item has been delivered, changing your mind, spending it, sending it to someone, or losing it in the game normally doesn’t qualify.Terms §10
The terms also say in-game prices and salaries are part of a fictional simulation, not facts about the real world.Terms §1
Lagos Life won’t load?
These fixes come from the messages built into the official site.
- iPhone: the game needs iOS 16.4 or newer. Go to Settings → General → Software Update. Switching to another browser on iPhone won’t help, because every iPhone browser uses the same engine.
- Android: if your browser is too old, update Chrome from the Play Store, then open
lagoslife.eliysites.comagain. - Stuck loading: the site may offer a Start fresh button. It says your game is saved on its servers.
- Opened from TikTok, Instagram, X or Facebook? The official site checks whether it’s running inside an app’s built-in browser. If it misbehaves there, open the link in your phone’s main browser instead. (This tip is ours, not an official instruction.)
- Before clearing browser data, make sure you know your username or email and password, because you may be logged out.
Still stuck? Contact [email protected], the address listed in the official terms. We can’t see or fix accounts.
